STUDIO POLICIES
Hourly Rate / Session Start Time:Studio session start time / hourly rate begins at the time the session is scheduled. (i.e.) If you have been scheduled for a session on Monday at 5:00 pm, the hourly rate will begin at 5:00 pm whether you are present or not.
Studio hourly rates are $50.00 per hour Monday - Friday, and $75.00 per hour Saturday - Sunday. Two hour minimum for all sessions. Unless you have given the studio 24 hours prior notice of cancellation, we will assume that you are still attending your scheduled session. While In Session:As long as Final Mixx Recording Studio is doing anything related to your project, you are still in session and you are still on the clock (hourly rate). The session is completed when you acknowledge to the studio engineer that you are finished with your session. At that point, Final Mixx will not work on anything related to your project. Please be sure that you have completed EVERYTHING you desire to have completed before ending your session. No further work will be done once you have completed your session. If you choose to continue your session, a payment equal to 1 hour studio time must be paid in advance of each subsequent hour.
Cancellations:The studio must be given a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if proper notice is not given.
Payment:A $100.00 deposit is required to schedule each recording session, unless another arrangement has been made by Marty Denson, Owner. For other services such as vocal production, music production, CD duplication, etc., a payment in full is due prior to starting any production of this nature. Block Rate payment is due in full before starting block session. Our block rate starts out by booking 10 or more hours and will be at the rate of $45.00 per hour Monday - Friday and $65.00 per hour Saturday - Sunday.
Session storage/ backup:Final Mixx Recording studio will store your recorded session for a maximum of 30 days. If you desire to have any recorded sessions backed up, a $10.00 storage fee per song is required. If you choose not to have us backup your songs, after the 30 day period, they will be deleted from our system.
